Arranged to provide a generous, private garden around each villa, this select development offers a selection of 3, 4 and 6 bedroom villas, several of which are suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Inside, each villa has a generously proportioned living/dining area with a superb fitted kitchen complete with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, American fridge freezer, dishwasher and a kitchen robot. All are air conditioned and are superbly equipped, including a TV (with DVD player & speakers available on request) in the living room and each bedroom, WiFi connection and safe.
The 3 bedroom, single level villas consist of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin/double rooms; the 4 bedroom villa is either on 1 level or split over 2 levels and consists of 2 double and 2 twin/double rooms; the 6 bedroom villa is built on two levels and consist of 2 double bedrooms, 3 twin/double rooms and 1 smaller bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own en suite shower or bath room in which a hairdryer and bathrobes are provided. Each villa is also equipped with 2 extra beds (on request, extra cost) allowing the following maximum occupation;

Internally, each villa is immaculately maintained and decorated in a contemporary yet elegant style with light tiled floors, pale walls, modern furniture and equipment of the highest standards. Externally, the spacious, screened gardens of each villa are planted with flowers and are partly lawned around a generously proportioned, swimming pool (can be heated at extra cost) with an outside shower and private parking.
*For those villas adapted for occupation by disabled persons, the property features a specially adapted bedroom, wider doors and corridors to ease movement between rooms as well as a bathroom with a large opening and a walk-in shower
Each villa's outdoor swimming pool can be heated up to a temperature 4 degrees higher than the outside temperature (extra cost) and can be secured by a fence or, in some cases, an alarm to grant peace of mind for those travelling with young children. Villas are also supplied with an outdoor ‘Weber’ gas barbecue/grill (cleaned daily), sunbeds and a dining table and chairs sufficient for maximum occupancy. Each of the villas include daily delivery of bread and pastries (guests pay only for the items ordered), a welcome pack of toiletries and household products and are cleaned daily (except day after arrival), timings of which can be adjusted to suit your preferences.
Other services (supplement) available include additional cleaning hours, ironing services, babysitting services, a continental or Corsican breakfast and a home cook. The wellness centre offers a hammam, sauna, hot tub and fitness room with treatments and massages available (extra cost). E-bikes are available to borrow from the residence with helmets and rucksacks to explore the local area (deposit required). There is also a play room with games for children.
The villas are located between the sandy beaches and fragrant maquis of the mountains, a short distance away from Calvi town centre. Originally a small fishing port, Calvi has always been a historically significant town, having been occupied by the Genoese, who built the town’s impressive citadel, was the host to the Seige of Calvi in which Horatio Nelson lost an eye and is also reputed to be the birthplace of Christopher Columbus.
The town features a selection of excellent bars, restaurants and cafés as well as an idyllic 6.5km sandy beach next to the cosmopolitan marina and overlooked by the old town. With its gently shelving sands, turquoise waters and fantastic position, the beach is widely considered to be one of the most picturesque on the island yet is rarely busy outside of the high season. A magnet for opulent yachts and their well-heeled owners, Calvi is one of the most popular tourist towns on the island.
